Camera issue in Uxbridge

A new client in Uxbridge approached us regarding a camera issue. They reported that the camera was not functioning and could not be seen on the screen. One of our engineers visited the site to troubleshoot the problem. After testing the cable, we identified an issue with it. We first attempted to re-terminate the cable and then re-tested it, but unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue.
We communicated our findings to the client and scheduled a visit to replace the cable for the camera. Our team visited the venue outside of regular hours since the repair was in a trading area and needed to be done when customers were not present. We replaced the CAT6 data cable and the camera started working again. The Tech Guys successfully made another client happy with their hard work!
